• Contact Us

We would be very glad to hear from you to find out what you need and how we can assist.

  • Fee Proposal

Global Management Certification will be in touch to get a full overview of your business, personnel, services, or products, and what sort of certification you need. We can do this by telephone or by visiting your office and/or production facilities. We will make sure that you know everything necessary to complete the certification process, and how your organisation be prepared for certification. Once we have a full understanding of your needs, you will be provided with a proposal outlining the fees and costs involved. This service is free of charge and you are under no obligation to continue with the certification.

  • Review / Contract

Once you have undertaken a review, and indicated your acceptance, of the fee proposal and that you have decided to go through with the Global Management Certification process, one of your organisation’s approved signatories shall fill in, sign, and return to us the Certification Proposal and Agreement Form. This form establishes a formal contract between yourselves and Global Management Certification and indicates that you accept the process of certification, the instructions that govern certification and all other matters concerning appeals, use of logo and marks and contract Terms and Conditions (T&C).

  • Audit Team

A dedicated Lead Auditor will be assigned to you; this person will be your primary contact for certification and any questions you might have or support your needs. We aim to supply you with a team that is familiar with your sector and who can walk you through all the steps required to assess, certify and maintain your management systems’ ongoing certification.

  • Stage 1 Audit

An initial audit of your system will be undertaken to familiarise yourself with your activities, location and assess how well it matches the requisite standards. We will highlight any gaps your system may have that requires resolution and assess your readiness for stage 2 audit. In consultation with you, the comprehensive plan for stage 2 audit will be developed.

  • Stage 2 Audit and Certification Decision

A complete audit of your organisation will take place, measured against the requisite standards. This will provide your organisation with added value by identifying possible weaknesses and showing you ways in which you can improve your systems. Upon addressing all identified deficiencies (if applicable), the recommendation for certification will be made and independently approved.

  • Surveillance audit

Surveillance audits are undertaken at set intervals (max 12 months); these are required so that we can ensure that your system remains conforming to the certification standards you have selected.

  • Re-Certification Audit

The recertification audit aim to ensure that you continue to be conforming to the standards chosen and to ensure that your management system is still working effectively and is still relevant and applicable concerning the certification awarded. Recertification audits must take place every three years following either the Stage 2 audit or your most recent recertification. This audit is intended to confirm that every part of all your systems is functioning satisfactorily and that the inter-process links are effective.

Depending upon the results of the surveillance and recertification audits, it will be recommended that your certification should be either renewed, withheld, or suspended. We will then undertake a review of this recommendation and you will be notified of the outcome once it is determined.
